Summary: Hunter Brown is an ordinary boy who has discovered a world with a fight between good and evil brewing. Hunter Brown has to help deliver the world from its evil, while finding out the truth about him and the Author.
Violence and gore: Almost every single fantasy book will have a violence and gore parent alert on it, because there's swords a lot of the time, and people are stabbed. Hunter stabs monsters, accidentally stabs his friend, and he is stabbed himself.
Morals: You find out at the end of book one, that Hunter is the villain. This is meant to represent the sin in each of us, and that we each are born with sin and evil. There is also a girl named, Hope, and she represents the embodiment of hope from God.
